1: if you have a bangle
Inside diameter bangle sizer
- Grab a bangle that already fits and use the diagram below to find the size.
- Measure the distance at center between the inner edges of your bangle.
- You now have the inner diameter of your bangle, use the following chart to determine your bangle size. When in doubt, move up a size.

2: if you don’t have a bangle
Outside circumference bangle sizer
Before you start, you’ll need - A thin strip of paper, a pen and a ruler
- Wrap a thin strip of paper around your hand with your thumb touching your little finger and measure where your hand is the widest as shown below. Mark the meeting point with a pen.
2. Measure the length with a ruler.
You now have the circumference of your bangle, use the following chart to determine your bangle size. When in doubt, move up a size.
